As a Bankers Life Insurance Sales Agent, your role will include:

  • Setting appointments and interviewing prospective clients to obtain data about their financial resources and needs

  • Recommend insurance policies to fit the needs of individual clients and generate sales

  • Service existing clients to make sure their insurance needs are met

Our field force comes from diverse professional backgrounds, but we find that our top performers all share many of the following:

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Customer service or retail sales experience

  • Experience prospecting, networking and new business development

  • Ability to close a sale

  • Experience in life, health, or other personal lines of insurance

  • Report to the Chantilly office 2 times a week for training,? customer service work and paperwork. The rest of the week spent providing expert insurance policy recommendations to your local client base.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
