Responsibilities:
Complete variety of different repairs Ability to work off service work orders; Work order completion as part of a team.
Keeping a high level of service in mind with every task Complete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as required Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related position Painting and drywall experience Some HVAC, electrical, Plumbing experience required Willing to work on a variety of different project from carpentry, to electrical, to possible snow removal, and more.
Must be attentive to detail and adhere to company policies.
Job Requirements:
Skilled tradesman with 5 years of experience in commercial repairs Team player Able to pass background check
