Job Duties: Analyze computer, engineering, and business data processing issues to implement and improve computer systems for clients; Expand or modify system to serve clients purposes or improve work flow; Test maintain, and monitor computer systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems; Develop, documents, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards; Provide clients and users with assistance in solving computer related problems, such as malfunctions and program problems; Confer with clients regarding the nature of the information processing or computation needs a computer program is to address; Review, and analyze computer data and performance indicators to locate code problems, and correct errors by correcting codes; Determine computer software or hardware needed to set up or alter system.
Qualifications: Master of Science in Information Systems required.
